 Plumeria Care Transports provides non - emergency medical transportation 365 days a year to accommodate nights , weekend and holidays discharge needs. Our main priority its to get you from your designated destination to you drop off location safe and on time. Regardless of mobility we strive to make everyone feel as comfortable as possible. We will provide transportation of the highest quality with direct focus on meeting the needs of our customers. The benefits of our NEMT services are specially but not limited to those who struggle or confined to wheelchair , who have chronic conditions, and those recovering from injury or a major health crisis.

Our drivers have customer service experience , each driver has impeccable driving records.  Plumeria requires each driver to have a clean driving record and proper state license and insurance.

Our vehicles are inspected daily. No vehicles testing with less than perfect inspection scores will be released on the road. Back-up transportation is always available in the event of an emergency.

After each service, our vehicles are thoroughly inspected and sanitized.
